Help us kick off this year's Octoberfest in style and fun. Join us for the Opening Ceremonies Parade around the Green Tree Park walking track. Dress up your baby and his/her stroller or have your older child decorate his bike and enter the stroller/bicycle contest or dress up your pooch and show off his best. Prizes will be awarded for the best entry in each category, but you must register for the parade to win! Just fill out the appropriate entry form below - whether it is for the Stoller Decorating Contest or the Doggie Dress-Up Parade, or both - and someone from the Octoberfest Committee will be in touch with you to confirm your entry. Contest will be judged by members of the Octoberfest Committee and decision of the judges is final. But even if you don't win, take part in the annual excitement of Octoberfest by helping us kick off the festivities this year!

• Subject of e-mail: Kick-Off Parade Registration (indicate stroller, bike or dog contest).
• All participants' full name(s), addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses. If participants are 18 or under, the responsible adult's name, address, phone and e-mail must be included.
• Indicate whether you are registering for the stroller, bike or dog costume contest. (Please send more than one registration in separate e-mails.
• Any other pertinent information.
