Borough of Green Tree's Administrative Office staff manages the Borough’s day to day operations. The Administrative Office consists of the Borough Manager, Code Enforcement Officer, Finance Director, two Administrative Assistants, and a part-time Finance Administrative Assistant.

The Administrative Office staff handles residents' concerns, maintains Borough records, and carries out the directions of Borough Council to provide necessary services. Questions regarding taxes, zoning issues, building permits, animal control and other general issues may be directed to the administrative staff.

Borough Manager/Tax Collector/Open Records Officer Judy Miller
The Borough Manager is appointed by the Borough Council.  The Manager is responsible for providing professional leadership for all the Borough departments, developing and recommending solutions to community issues, oversee the planning and developing of new programs to meet future needs of the Borough, as well as preparation of the annual budget. 

Borough Finance Director/Deputy Tax Collector Babette Legler
The Borough Finance Director is responsible for the collection of all taxes and user fees levied by the Borough, as well as the execution of all day-to-day financial operations of the Borough.

Borough Building Code Official/Code Enforcement Officer Todd Carter
The Building Code Official (BCO) provides inspection services as required by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry and the Uniform Construction Code (UCC) for both residential and commercial properties.  As Code Enforcement Officer, routine inspection of properties within the community are completed to ensure compliance with the Borough Code. 

Borough Solicitor Kate Diersen, Esq./Goehring, Rutter & Boehm
The Borough Solicitor is responsible for providing Council and Borough Manager with legal advice on all matters pertaining to the Borough.

Borough Engineer Jason Stanton, PE/Lennon, Smith, Souleret Engineering (LSSE)
LSSE is a professional Municipal Engineering service appointed by Borough Council.  LSSE provides services such as review of subdivision/land development plans, MS4 compliance activities, Consent Order Agreement compliance activities, as well as day to day support for general engineering needs.
