The Code Enforcement Officer is responsible for enforcing the Borough ordinances to help protect the safety and health of Green Tree residents. Code Enforcement conducts inspections of properties throughout the Borough to determine compliance with code requirements and responds to concerns/issues of potential Zoning and Health/Safety Code violations and initiates fair and unbiased enforcement action to correct those violations and educate property owners to maintain code compliance. The Code Enforcement and Zoning officer can aid for applicants applying for Zoning Hearing Board applications.
